Important Rules

WELD is easy and powerful. The general problem with easy and powerful technologies is that they can (and almost always will) be misused if there aren't well-considered guidelines.

This section attempts to provide these guidelines before a full explanation of what can be done. As with any set of guidelines, they can be ignored. If they are ignored, remember that you were warned but that you decided that you knew better. I don't pretend to have all of the wisdom and understanding to give every bit of advice - or even that the advice I give here (limited though it may be) is the best advice.
