Sermon Archive #1 and Sermon Archive #2 is a series of sermons presented by the late Rev. Martin E. Hollensen. Although some of these sermons were prepared over 30 years ago, they all convey the timeless truths of the gospel from the Word of God.

Open Source Projects (a.k.a "spare time" :)

Servlet Utilities 1.2 is an Open Source collection of tools that can be used to produce HTML and PDF. These are most useful when incorporated into a Java Servlet.

Web Enabled Logic Documents - an Open Source approach to web application development that emphasizes the decoupled development of web site user experience from the Java programming required to connect to the back end resources. The majority of the technology which enables this approach is part of a much larger project: JACL. In the months following the introduction of WELD, it has become clear that the Apache Struts Project is well on it's way to becoming a standard. While WELD may provide a simple alternative to other templating techniques, it's author fully endorses the use of Struts and the custom tag creation facilities of JSP 1.1. These developments represent a significant improvement over the original JSP, which (in the opinion of the owner of this site) renders other techniques obsolete... including WELD. Several other meritorious new techniques have also become available recently, such as Xang and Velocity ; but it is uncertain whether these can gather enough mindshare to become mainstream.
